By downloading, installing, or using Little Concert Music Grids (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

Little Concert Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the App materials
• Using the App for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the App
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the App to another person or entity

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or servers
• Use cheats, exploits, or automation software
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for virtual items and currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, music, software, and text, is owned by Little Concert Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Music and Content Rights

All music and audio content within the App is licensed for use within the App only. You may not extract, download, or distribute music files separately from the App.

8. Privacy

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App with or without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LITTLE CONCERT STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Concert Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
