How do I create an account?
Launch the app and tap "Sign Up" on the login screen. Enter your email and create a password.
You'll receive a verification email to complete the registration.
How do I unlock new songs?
Songs can be unlocked by earning coins through gameplay, completing achievements, or making
in-app purchases. Some songs unlock automatically as you progress through levels.
How do I collect instruments?
Instruments are earned through rewards, special events, and the in-game shop. Visit the
Garage tab to view your collection and upgrade your instruments.
What should I do if the app crashes?
Try restarting the app and your device. Make sure you have the latest version installed.
If the problem persists, contact our support team with details about your device and
when the crash occurs.
How can I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings > Account > Restore Purchases. This will restore any previous in-app purchases
associated with your account. Make sure you're logged in with the same account you used
to make the purchases.
Can I play offline?
Yes! Once songs are downloaded, you can play them offline. However, some features like
leaderboards and daily rewards require an internet connection.
How do I change the difficulty level?
Before starting a song, you can select the difficulty level (Easy, Normal, Hard, Expert).
Higher difficulties offer better rewards but require more precise timing.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent
and will remove all your progress and purchases. Alternatively, contact support@notes-dance.com
for assistance.

iOS: iOS 13.0 or later, iPhone 6s or newer
Android: Android 7.0 or later, 2GB RAM minimum
Storage: At least 500MB free space
